There is a lot that doesn’t work about the relationships, structures, and belief systems we were born into. The ones that were handed to us. The ones we didn’t question until we began waking up.
She Who Makes is a space for the woman who is ready to set down those conditioned patterns (people-pleasing, over-giving to depletion, self-silencing) so she can express the divine spark within her.
This is a space for the women who make.
I’m Cara. I’m a certified Integrative Trauma Coach, a Reiki practitioner, a sober woman, and an intuitive. For over 11 years I’ve guided people through transformational, healing journeys. Everything I write here comes from my own lived experience, trauma-informed frameworks, and more than a decade of recovery, coaching, and healing.
I write about and explore the Creatrix archetype.

My essays move through the four relationships that shape a woman’s life: with herself, the divine, her work and wealth, and the people she loves.

I write in alignment with the lunar cycles. It’s my way of practicing what I teach. There are three ways you can participate in She Who Makes:

Personal essays released on the first and last quarter of the moon, moving through the four relationship domains. Plus Creatrix Conversations, an inspirational monthly interview with a woman building something wholly her own, sent out during the balsamic moon — right before the New Moon.
Paid Membership | The Path
Workbooks, meditations, and guides released on the Full Moon and New Moon, plus access to The Resource Library. If the essays are The Map, the downloads are the way to start walking the path in your own life — it’s how what you’re reading moves off the page and into your actual life.
Founding Membership | The Compass
This is where structure meets devotion: a year held in seasonal rhythm. I’m Cara. A sober woman, a writer, an intuitive, and an Integrative Trauma Coach. I believe the woman who creates consciously — who brings something wholly her own into the world with devotion — changes everything around her. She Who Makes is where I do that work alongside you.
